Norah has a Bachelors of Arts in Economics from the University of Colorado, and a Masters of Accountancy from the University of Denver. She enjoys spending time with her family, camping, snowboarding, weightlifting, and reading in her spare time.

T.J. Lile is the co-owner and President of Integrity Mortgage Co. T.J. has nearly 17 years of experience in the mortgage finance industry, primarily in B2B management and production. He strives to develop meaningful and genuine relationships not only with clients, but also with every team member and strategic partnership the Company has developed. T.J. believes in the concept that experience, knowledge, service, and relationship are the fuel that drives results, and that his role in the organization is to serve team members and clients while delivering high quality performing loans to the market. I like to participate in Crossfit, Pilates, and some Yoga. I spend as much time as I am able with my 2 daughters who are in their twenties and currently live out of state. Adventure Travel and Philanthropy are also a big part of my outside activities.
